Overview

Nextcloud is the current cloud service and should be used for new data and file synchronization.

The older Pydio service remains available because users may still have files and other data stored there.

Both services are hosted within the hochstaffl.eu infrastructure.

Nextcloud provides the current file storage, synchronization and sharing service.

It can be accessed through:

The service provides file storage, synchronization between devices, file and folder sharing, and web-based access to stored data.

Pydio is the previous cloud storage and synchronization service.

It has been replaced by Nextcloud for current use, but remains operational because users may still have files and other data stored there.

Existing users can continue to access their Pydio data through:

Pydio provides browser-based file access, sharing and synchronization.

For new file storage and synchronization, use Nextcloud.

Use Pydio when access to data stored on the legacy cloud service is required.
